Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts will undergo a prequalification review by the appointed Editor to assess their suitability with the criteria of Jurnal Teknologi Pangan dan Gizi (Journal of Food Technology and Nutrition). Based on this assessment, manuscripts may be rejected, returned to authors for revision, or forwarded to assigned reviewers.  Authors are required to revise their manuscripts according to the suggestions provided by the reviewers and the editorial board. The revised manuscript will then be re-evaluated by an Editor appointed by the Chief Editor. The editorial board will make the final decision regarding the manuscript’s eligibility for publication.

Semua naskah yang dikirimkan akan melalui proses praseleksi oleh Editor yang ditunjuk untuk menilai kesesuaian dengan kriteria Jurnal Teknologi Pangan dan Gizi (Journal of Food Technology and Nutrition). Berdasarkan hasil penilaian tersebut, naskah dapat ditolak, dikembalikan kepada penulis untuk diperbaiki, atau diteruskan kepada reviewer yang ditunjuk.  Penulis wajib merevisi naskah sesuai dengan saran dari reviewer dan dewan editor. Naskah yang telah direvisi akan dievaluasi kembali oleh Editor yang ditunjuk oleh Pemimpin Redaksi. Dewan editor akan memberikan keputusan akhir terkait kelayakan naskah untuk diterbitkan.
