Abstract

The city of Madiun implements the Healthy City Program, the activity is carried out up to the kalurahan level implemented by the Kalurahan Sehat Working Group. In order to support the activities of the Healthy City Program, Biology Study Program, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Widya Mandala Catholic University Surabaya, Madiun City Campus, conduct community service activities. This community service activity in collaboration with Kalurahan Mojorejo through K3S Mojorejo conducts training activities to make candy from aloe vera material. The event was held in Kalurahan Mojorejo, Madiun. The result of the activity is the trainees gain knowledge and insight about the cultivation of aloe vera plants and their benefits as food ingredients, the trainees have been able and skilled in the manufacture of sweets from aloe vera and further training programs still need to be done in the future.
