Abstract

The socio-emotional aspect is one aspect that has an important role in the development of early childhood. Positive socio-emotional development makes it easier for children to get along with each other and learn better also in other activities in the social environment. However, if there is a conflict and the child is unable to overcome the conflict with his socio-emotional development, the child will have difficulty adjusting, anxiety arises, and even does not want to go to school. Therefore, it is important for PAUD teachers to be equipped with knowledge about the socio-emotional development of early childhood so that teachers can quickly identify children's socio-emotional development that is not yet optimal. The outputs of this mentoring activity are: (1) increasing teachers' understanding of the socio-emotional development of early childhood, (2) teachers recognizing problems related to socio-emotional development and how to solve them, (3) socializing the socio-emotional development module for children early age.
