Analisis Penerapan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Dengan Metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Pada Mesin Press

Dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan masalah tentang bagaimanakah penerapan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pada mesin Press. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa penerapan TPM pada mesin Press, menganalisa faktor yang mempengaruhinya dan memberikan rekomendasi tindakan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi mesin. Pengukuran kinerja mesin Press ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode perhitungan Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). OEE adalah salah satu aplikasi progam TPM dan merupakan suatu metode perhitungan nilai efisiensi kinerja suatu proses/peralatan. Dari hasil perhitungan nilai OEE, diperoleh rata-rata OEE dari bulan Juli 2024 sampai September 2024 sebesar 83,12%. dengan nilai terendah pada Performance Rate yaitu sebesar 86,83%, Selanjutnya mengidentifikasi akar permasalahan yang menyebabkan Performance rate rendah dengan menggunakan diagram Fishbone. Setelah diketahui akar permasalahannya, langkah selanjutnya menentukan tindakan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi mesin Press tersebut.
